The Fondation Guilé has put in place suitable capacities to engage in a constructive dialogue with portfolio companies and offers them valuable services. As advisor to the Guilé Funds, the Guilé Engagement Team represents the investors fostering endeavours in corporate responsibility in the context of active ownership.

The Guilé Engagement Team is comprised of leading experts in corporate responsibility who have gained broad professional experience in business, consulting, non-governmental organisations, and humanitarian aid. Close collaboration with the United Nation Global Compact Office and an outstanding pool of experts from business, the financial sector and civil society complement the expertise and network of the Guilé Engagement Team.

The COP analysts benchmark the Communication on Progress (COPs) of the portfolio companies relating to the UN Global Compact principles.
